Computer Repair Pickup Drop-off Service 

Computer problems don’t stop just because you are now working remotely.  Actually, it is far more likely that you will need virus removal or computer repair now because of the amount of time you are spending on your computer.  

We are now offering pickup and delivery service to our clients for all your common computer issues.  This will help protect you and our team by safely practicing social distancing while still being able to provide top-notch technical support services to the Fort Collins community. 

What Services are we offering?

We know your computer health is more critical now than it ever has been.  Not only can we provide our traditional remote support services like virus and malware removal, internet security, and operating systems repairs.  We can now provide Computer hardware repairs, Computer troubleshooting, and data recovery services.  

Laptop Repair Services

Laptop repair is often a better solution than replacing your pc or mac.  Computer Doctors has a great team of technicians that can isolate and diagnose problems from bad hard drives, to damaged power jacks.  These computer repairs are not always easy to fix.  

Our team of experts will determine if a repair is your best option. If a computer repair doesn’t make sense we will tell you and provide options for a replacement.

Mac Repair

Repairing or upgrading your mac is a much different approach than PCs.  With a team that is up to date on all of the latest in Apple products, we are ready to handle any issues you may have with your Mac laptop or computer.  

We set ourselves apart from the competition with our low cost diagnostic fees and timely repair services. Did we mention that we will come and pick it up from you too?  

Not only do we offer a $25 diagnostic fee, but our techs will give you an honest opinion for your Mac computer repair services. 

Computer Tune-up/Virus Removal

With the world going digital, virus and spyware attacks are running rampant throughout the internet.  While you may have antivirus software installed, it is possible your computer is infected with malware, spyware, or viruses.  Our virus repair services can be done remotely many times. In the case that we are unable to service your computer remotely with our removal tools, we can also provide removal services with our pickup/drop-off service.

How Our Pickup/Drop-off service works

As many of our customers are considered high risk.  We are offering a pickup and drop-off service as a way to help serve our quarantined and at-risk customers who still need service. 

Pickups and drop-offs will be available from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 

Our fee for this service is $50, which covers the pickup and drop-off service. This service is available for customers within a 10-mile radius of our storefront.

What you need to know:

Trouble ticket and payment will be made over the phone prior to the scheduled pick up

After trouble ticket and payment is made, we will schedule an appointment for pick up and request that you have the computer on your front porch, ready to be picked up 2 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. For everyone’s safety, Computer Doctor’s employees will not be permitted to enter your home and must only speak with the customer if absolutely necessary at a 6-foot distance.

A Computer Doctor’s employee will leave a copy of your invoice and business card taped to your door when picking up your computer.

After diagnostic and service have been performed, we will call you for payment and schedule a time to drop off your computer at your doorstep within 5 minutes of the scheduled time.

Thank you all for the support over the past nine and a half years! Time has flown by, and I can’t believe we’re approaching the 10-year mark in September! 

We’ve spent the last few weeks discussing how we should adapt to the new world we’re living in, whether it be a temporary closure, adjusting business hours, or adapting our business model.
